DDS, MSD, FACP, AFAAMP University of Texas at San Antonio
Originally from Baghdad, Iraq, Dr. Fattouhi moved to El Paso, Texas, in 2009, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biochemistry while working with the United States Armed Forces. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He then worked in private practice and served as a part-time adjunct faculty member at the dental school.
Care Philosophy
Dr. Fattouhi has cared for patients with oral cancer, trauma-related defects, congenital anomalies, and functional impairments in mastication and speech. His work integrates advanced technical skill with compassionate, patient-centered care aimed at restoring both function and quality of life.

Dr. Fattouhi’s clinical expertise includes:

- Complex interdisciplinary cases

He currently holds an affiliate appointment as an Associate Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Washington. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics.
