Help Your Kids Learn to Dance in the Woodlands

Teach Kids to Dance in the WoodlandsAre your kids big fans of dancing? If so, you certainly won’t want to miss the Boogie Bash at the Woodlands Children’s Museum, which is hosted every Tuesday at 11 a.m. Organizers say this is a chance for young kids to learn about cooperation, social interaction, as well as to develop their sense of rhythm and also great listening skills. Perhaps best of all, the event is free with general admission to the museum, and is open to toddlers and children up to five-years-old!

Many Ways to Have Fun and Learn!

Boogie Bash is held at 11 a.m. each Tuesday, at the Woodland’s Children’s Museum, and often features seasonally-inspired fun, as well as special activities, like an upcoming Get Fit theme, which will happen later in the month of February.

Boogie Bash is just one of the regular activities hosted for kids, at the museum. Other popular ongoing events include S.O.S. Science on Stage, Shadow Puppet Theatre, Storybook Theatre, LEGO Time and more. This is in addition to the more than fifteen year-round exhibits, all built to encourage both learning and fun, specifically for children younger than seven-years-old.

A Good to Grow market centers around learning about healthy foods and eating habits, for instance. There is also an Imagination Playground, the Muse art center, a Read-a-lot Kingdom, a Fire House and more.

Tickets to the museum are just $6 each. For more information visit www.woodlandschildrensmuseum.org. The museum is located at 4775 West Panther Creek, The Woodlands, Texas 77381.
