Has your kid long wanted to be a member of the Secret Service, the C.I.A. or another of our nation’s covert agencies? Since watching Spy Kids, Inspector Gadget, or some other mesmerizing adventure story, does your son or daughter talk non-stop about someday joining forces with some of the country’s greatest spies? If so, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to have some fun, and do a little learning, at the Children’s Museum of Houston this summer. The program Summer of Spies will be running from May 28, 2016 through September 5, 2016, providing kids eight-years-old and up a chance to learn more about the various exhibits at the museum through fun, action-packed activities, character appearances and more!
How to Enjoy The Summer of Spies
Parents, you can enroll your children now, by visiting the museum’s website at http://www.cmhouston.org/hours. Summer of Spies will run seven days a week during the summer, providing many opportunities for kids to enjoy what the museum has dubbed “espionage-themed activities.”
Admission to Summer of Spies is $20, which includes the price of general admission to the museum, which is $12 for adults and children over one-year-old. The museum is open year-round from Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The museum is also open on Mondays during the summer, from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
